Among our concerns are impacts on an endangered ecological community associated with the Moona Moona Creek Bangalay Sand Forest corridor, reliance on public land for access and bushfire asset protection zones, pressure on local traffic and road infrastructure, the appropriateness of a development of this scale, and its impact on the character of the Moona Moona Creek area.
