The Vincentia Ratepayers and Residents Association (VRRA) welcome the opportunity to comment on the proposed variations and changes to CDC variation pathway. We support the goal of making residential development approvals easier and more streamlined across NSW. However, we have significant concerns with the fundamental premise that is driving the changes to the planning approval system and the way the CDC Explanation of Intended Effect (EIE) and survey have been prepared using unfamiliar planning terminology that makes it difficult for the wider community to understand the changes being proposed.
